Commit #3 : Improving Trust & Transparency

Trust isn't built overnight, it's earned through consistent action and radical transparency. Today, we're taking three major steps to strengthen that trust with our customers and the broader developer community.
We're excited to announce the launch of our public status page, we're now SOC 2 compliant, we've a community of 100+ member and the release of our public roadmap.
These aren't just announcements; they're commitments to the transparency and reliability that modern billing infrastructure demands.
Here's what's new and why it matters for your business:
SOC 2 Compliant
Flexprice is now SOC 2 compliant, meaning our operational processes, systems, and data handling have been externally audited and validated against industry-standard security benchmarks. This isn’t just a checkbox. SOC 2 evaluates how your controls actually operate over time, not just how they’re designed on paper. And we passed.

What this means for you:
Your billing data is handled with best-in-class security practices.
You can now confidently answer vendor security reviews and procurement questions.
Your customers can trust that your infra meets compliance expectations from day one.
If you want more information about our compliance, refer to our trust center page.
Status page
Billing outages aren’t theoretical. Now you’ll know when they happen, what caused them, and how fast we fixed it.

We’ve launched a Public Status Page, giving real-time visibility into:
System uptime across all billing components
Past incidents and resolution timelines
Upcoming maintenance windows
Public roadmap
Flexprice is now shipping a public roadmap. You’ll know exactly what we’re building and what’s coming next.

Here’s why this matters for every developer, product owner, and AI company building with Flexprice:
Your feature requests don’t get lost
You don’t have to DM or email us your ideas. Just submit them to the roadmap. They stay visible, tracked, and open for discussion. You shape what we build next.
The roadmap evolves based on your feedback. Have a use case? Need a missing piece? Your suggestions and upvotes steer our priorities.Plan your stack with confidence.
Wondering when support for new billing models, usage types, or SDKs is shipping? It’s all there, so you can align your own roadmap with ours.No more duplicating work.
We’ve seen teams hack together internal fixes for things we’re already building. The roadmap avoids that, saving you time and dev cycles.Early feedback means better features.
Roadmap items are visible before they ship. You can suggest changes, flag edge cases, or share real-world scenarios while it still matters. What’s popular gets built faster.
You can see what others in the community are asking for. High-impact requests bubble up, no need to repeat the same ask privately.
With Public Roadmap, you can track:
What we’re building next (like additional aggregation types, support for currency conversion, and custom invoice templates)
What’s in progress (event triggers, internal simulation environments)
What’s shipped (from SDKs to wallet logic to this very trust layer)
You can filter it by topic, so you can see what’s relevant for you, leave direct feedback on any item.
We’re building Flexprice with full transparency & no black box. You’ll always know what’s in progress, delayed, or done no guesswork is required.
Slack community

Building pricing and billing infra is messy. You run into weird edge cases, integration questions, or just want to sanity-check how others are solving similar problems.
That’s exactly why we set up the Slack space.
The community is where we share product updates, answer questions, and discuss billing challenges in real-time. It’s also the fastest way to:
Connect directly with our team for faster answers
Connect with other AI and infra companies solving similar problems
Get unstuck during integration
Share feedback directly with the team
See early previews of what’s shipping
Get real-time help while integrating Flexprice
Whether you’re running billing for an AI platform, building a metering system, or figuring out how to scale pricing experiments, the Slack group is designed to make that easier.
Bring your questions, your weird billing stories,or just join to learn from others.
Wrapping up
These four launches, SOC 2 compliance, our status page, public roadmap, and slack community represent more than just product updates. They're our commitment to building billing infrastructure you can rely on, with the transparency you deserve.
Your feedback drives our roadmap. Your trust drives our security standards. Your success drives everything we build.
